Ahmed Elorabi

Ahmed Eloraby is a Partner at SPE Capital, an independent private equity firm focused on Africa and the Middle East, based in Egypt. Over the course of his private equity career, he has led transactions and value creation efforts across investments in financial services, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, consumer & retail and transportation & logistics. In Egypt, he sits on the boards of Global Corp for Financial Services and Future Pharmaceutical Industries. Ahmed was previously an Executive Director at JP Morgan, based in New York, where he served as an investment portfolio strategist in the bank’s Chief Investment Office and previously completed roles in the investment banking, asset management, corporate strategy and consumer/payments teams. Ahmed started his career as a Strategy Consultant at Booz & Company’s Cairo office where he advised public sector and corporate clients on growth strategy, organizational development, operational turnaround and public policy. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc. in Electronics Engineering from the American University in Cairo.
