FP&A Assistant Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Planning Analyst located in New Cairo. The Financial Planning Analyst consider economic and business trends, review company’s past performance, and attempt to anticipate obstacles and potential problems, all with an eye toward forecasting a company’s future financial results, by performing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that support major corporate decisions of the Top Management.

Main Accountabilities

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Compare historical and actual results against budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor performance indicators and perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.
  • Prepare the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments.
  • Supporting Top Management and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.
  • Prepare presentations to the Board of Directors and Top Management.
  • Construct & develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
  • Analyzing internal controls.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline – preferably, Finance/Economics


  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English


  • Strong Background in Accounting/Finance.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills.
  • High attention to details and time management.
  • Self-motivated.
