Operations Manager
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Lead the formulation, recommendation, and implementation of company operation policies and long-term plans.
- Develop and maintain strong customer service with customers and dealers
- Gather information and processes each file from pre-approval to closing,
- Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with credit policies and procedures
- Support with sales team to resolve disputes and/or comment on buyer payment issues.
- Approve completion of operations checklists
- Conducts quality assurance reviews of loan files to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with applicable laws and regulations prior to funding.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 10 years of experience required
- knowledge of consumer loan products and services is preferred
- Previous experience in financial services or banking is a plus.
