Operations Manager

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
  • Lead the formulation, recommendation, and implementation of company operation policies and long-term plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer service with customers and dealers
  • Gather information and processes each file from pre-approval to closing,
  • Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with credit policies and procedures
  • Support with sales team to resolve disputes and/or comment on buyer payment issues.
  • Approve completion of operations checklists
  • Conducts quality assurance reviews of loan files to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with applicable laws and regulations prior to funding.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • 10 years of experience required
  • knowledge of consumer loan products and services is preferred
  • Previous experience in financial services or banking is a plus.
