Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Coordinate the sales team activities by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Follow-up with the finance, operations and credit team to ensure the completion of the sales requests.
- Develop and maintain filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide regular reports to the sales manager
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Conduct a daily analysis report regarding the sales team performance, routes, open and closed cases
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 1 – 3 years of experience in administration
- Detail oriented.
- Strong Communication skills
