Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
  • Coordinate the sales team activities by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Follow-up with the finance, operations and credit team to ensure the completion of the sales requests.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide regular reports to the sales manager
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Conduct a daily analysis report regarding the sales team performance, routes, open and closed cases
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in administration
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proactive
  • Strong Communication skills
