Sales Team Leader
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Plan, Promote, Sell & Meeting allocated funding target.
- Maintain working knowledge and understanding of monthly goals, to include daily tracking and the necessary action to meet those goals.
- Manage third party’s relationship including dealers, merchants and others.
- Communicate with the applicant from time of initial contact through loan closing.
- Ensure all the documents for all new sourced loans are complete.
- Communicate with operations, credit and investigation team to ensure satisfaction of required documentation and requested stipulations to ensure efficient loan closing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 6 – 8 years of experience in sales “Relevant experience to auto loan is preferred”
- Strong Selling skills
- Detail oriented.
- Strong Communication skills
