Role Description
Responsible for establishing new relationships and managing existing ones with customers and car dealerships. Evaluate loan applications and negotiate loan terms and conditions.
Main Accountabilities
- Promote the Car Loans product and convince the customers to deal with Ollin.
- Calculate and inform the client with full Car Loan installment details.
- Use a new efficient sales technique to attract new customers and increase market share.
- Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships to create new opportunities through referrals and connections.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule.
- Selling, upselling, and cross selling Ollin’s Auto financing products to existing, new, and potential customers and develop referral networks.
- Building strong long-term, trusting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through sales meetings, cold calling, networking and social media.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of Ollin.
- Always updating the sales reports on time.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with internal departments and external contacts.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in auto lending sales or origination.
- Comprehensive knowledge of how Consumer Finance “Auto loans” works.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and car dealerships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
