Partnership Manager

Role Description:

Responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations to drive business growth and achieve mutual objectives. Setting partnership goals with service providers, managing the relationship with all onboarded service providers.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships: Research and identify potential partnership opportunities that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Develop partnership strategies: Create and implement comprehensive partnership strategies to drive business growth and maximize mutual value. Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with overall business objectives.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company’s interests. Ensure all legal and contractual requirements are met.
  • Manage and nurture partnerships: Oversee the day-to-day management of partnerships, including regular communication with partners, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the delivery of agreed-upon commitments. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance partnership value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to leverage partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities related to partnerships. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of partnerships. Regularly analyze and report on partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of how Consumer Finance works.
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in partnership development and management; 3 of which in consumer finance.
