Corporate Sales Senior Executive

Role Description

Responsible for generating sales and meeting targets by promoting and selling Lifestyle loans to potential customers.

Main Accountabilities

  • Achieving the assigned monthly sales targets, for various products and services with Ollin.
  • Selling, upselling, and cross selling Ollin’s Lifestyle financing products to existing, new, and potential customers and develop referral networks.
  • Selling through corporate sales channels.
  • Building strong long-term, trusting relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through sales meetings, cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Assess customer needs, credit worthiness, explore all options and introduce different types of loans.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Process loan applications and documentation.
  • Maintain an active knowledge base of all the organization’s loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant.
  • Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of Ollin.
  • Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers.
  • Always updating the sales reports on time.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with internal departments and external contacts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

Qualification and Experience 

  • Comprehensive knowledge of how Consumer Finance works.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Corporate Sales for 1-3 years.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
