Role Description
Responsible for generating sales and meeting targets by promoting and selling Lifestyle loans to potential customers.
Main Accountabilities
- Achieving the assigned monthly sales targets, for various products and services with Ollin.
- Selling, upselling, and cross selling Ollin’s Lifestyle financing products to existing, new, and potential customers and develop referral networks.
- Selling through corporate sales channels.
- Building strong long-term, trusting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through sales meetings, cold calling, networking and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Assess customer needs, credit worthiness, explore all options and introduce different types of loans.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Process loan applications and documentation.
- Maintain an active knowledge base of all the organization’s loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant.
- Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of Ollin.
- Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers.
- Always updating the sales reports on time.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with internal departments and external contacts.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Qualification and Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of how Consumer Finance works.
- English language proficiency.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Corporate Sales for 1-3 years.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
